Extremis Awarded 4 Times
In only a few weeks time, Extremis has been awarded no less than four times. Hopper, which was only launched last year, has received two prestigious prizes: an Interior Innovation Award and a Red Dot Award. The organisers of the latter thought Hopper was the ‘Best of the best’ of 2011 in the product design category. Apart from Hopper, Abachus also received a Red Dot Award. Alea won a Good Design Award.

Weatherproof and durable furniture fabric
Cane-line introduces new designs this year made from the newly-developed material, Cane-line Tex®. “We sought a durable, weatherproof and colour-fast material and we became amazed by coated polyester, which among other things is used on sailing boats and sun screens. The participation of VONDOM in the fairs IMM Cologne and Maison and Objet Paris in the month of January, demonstrated once again its clear commitment to the international markets, to the design and to the innovation. In mentioned fairs it brought to know the new collections for this year 2011; for example the collection of flowerpots Tri-Turn designed by Harry and Camila; Bones by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba; Stones by Stefano Giovannoni and Elisa Gargan, and new products (Table, Seat, Flowerpots ), the extension of the well known and elegant collection FAZ designed by the Valencian architect Ramón Esteve.
